Mr Harish is a serial entrepreneur with immense knowledge and extensive experience in software development, CAD and marketing. He is an expert in workflow design, process re-engineering and quality control which are essential in IT industry. He has been the lead architect in building the software products of the company some of which include Concord ProTM, SpatialRPMTM, DataWorks.
Over the many years since the company was established, he has built a team of highly skilled professionals in key area of business areas such as Research & Development, Marketing, Finance and Administration. Apart from this he has nurtured number of engineers in technology areas to provide innovative products and services. Under his leadership the company has had remarkable growth year after year and has consistently gone up the value chain through innovative approaches and number of strategic acquisitions.
He is recipient of “Entrepreneur of the year” award in 2004 which is given by Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Government of India, recognizing and appreciating his exceptional entrepreneurial capabilities. He is the member of Board of Governors of TREC-STEP one of the India’s leading Incubation Center set up by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
Mr Harish has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Technology in Civil Engineering from IIT, Chennai.
Nallani Chakravarthi Padmaja is the Whole time Director cum Chief Finance Officer handling the administrative and financial affairs of the Company. She holds an advance Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University. Prior to Cadsys, she was one of the leading members of Hyderabad Stock Exchange. With over 20 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Administration and General Management of the Company Affairs, Ms Padmaja has been contributing to the her expertise in the management of the Company.
Mr Nagarajan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Osmania University and a Bachelor’s degree of Technology in Engineering (Computer Science) from University of Hyderabad. He has over twenty five years of experience in software industry which includes a seven year stint at USA.
She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application from Osmania University. She has been associated with our Company in the capacity of a director since March 20, 2005.
Mr. Bhima Sankara Kadiyala is an accomplished professional with 13 years of expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and company secretarial functions. He holds professional qualifications including FCS (Fellow Company Secretary), B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce), and LLB (Bachelor of Laws). Experienced in regulatory affairs and corporate law, managing statutory and compliance requirements for organizations.
Mr. Appalacharyulu Chilakamarri is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) having 28 years of post-qualification experience in the area of Finance, Direct, Indirect Taxes and Company Law Maters. His area of experience include Direct and Indirect Taxes including GST, Costing, Internal Audit, Internal Control Systems, Company law matters, Finance Management, Audits of Pharma, Software, ARCs and Banks, Mr. Charyulu has served in the Board of Companies like SIRIS Limited, SDI Limited over a period of 18 years.
Mr Chandra Sekhar is the Consultant for Engineering Services Division of CADSYS. He has steered the company to great success and has earned high reputation for the company in the Field of Design, Engineering and Project Management.
Chandra Sekhar holds bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and has undergone additional training for 1 ½ years in HVAC design, Engineering and Project management. In his previous assignments, he has lead team of professionals to produce quality design and engineering works. As Head of Middle East operations, he has managed technical and commercial operations of an International MEP consultancy organization, consistently generating profits YOY. Apart from his design experience and he has successfully managed complex and high profile projects from concept to commissioning.
